Hammoon Manor Barn in Dorset is A 5* Luxury listed barn conversion. Surrounded by private English courtyard gardens, and forming part of the 16th Century Hammoon Manor (the largest thatched manor house in Dorset), the Manor Barn has been beautifully restored. Each room has a private en-suit. There are 2 kitchens, 1 of which guests have constant access to, the other where our chef will prepare delicious food and can be called upon to cater for specific dietary needs.
The grounds are classic English Country side gardens, where we will walk mindfully, meditate and connect deeply with native trees and plants, while learning about the heating power of nature.

Chandni Narvekar


Chandni is a qualified psychologist and yoga teacher with a focus on breath, body awareness and being present. Chandni offers modifications for postures and tailors the retreat practice depending on the groups needs and focus of the retreat. Chandni blends healthy psychological approaches into her teaching and supports people to align their mind, body, soul and spirit by balancing the importance of good mental health with good physical health. Her hope is to help people practise yoga on and off the mat as a way of life.


Soul Food Supper Club:
A supper club with conversation & food to feed the soul! The conversational theme is Relaxation. We’ll be discussing what we want to let go of and what we want to make room for in our lives. Conversations will be led with an ‘Authentic Relating’ approach, which includes
conversation starters that let everyone relax and get to know each other.
Alignment Workshop:
Clarify what shifts you want to create in your life. Where you need more rest, relaxation and recovery and where you want to re-energise! In this group coaching workshop you’ll learn how to create alignment between how you think and feel on the inside and what you say and do on the outside.
1:1 coaching:
Spend personal time with our coach and cognitive behavioural therapist so discuss how you'd like to make positive shifts in your life. Together you will create a plan of action for after you leave the retreat, so that everything you learn here can be translated back into you day-to-day life. Meaning that your experience doesn't end when you leave, but is able to be fully integrated into your future.
Nature Connection Workshops/Ecotherapy:
Using ancient Shamanic techniques you’ll learn how to
work with nature to find answers to some of your most
pressing questions.
Yoga:
Our yoga teacher Chandni is extremely experienced and a qualified psychologist, who creates asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to support deep rest and recovery.
Labyrinth Therapy:
Walk an ancient medieval labyrinth design, while experiencing a Gestalt therapy approach to rewire your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours of old patterns and replace them with new ones that align with the life you've committed to creating.

The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date.
