Seren is a mother of four and has been teaching mindfulness, CBT and nutrition for over fifteen years. She takes a calm and structured approach to teaching and gives practical steps that are easy to incorporate into daily life and busy schedules.



This programme is designed to teach practices that will help participants to:

The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date.
