The perfect getaway to recharge and reconnect with yourself!

This yoga cruise takes us via Bodrum to the Greek islands of Kos, Nisyros, Tilos, Pedi-Symi, Knidos and back to Bodrum. We travel on board a traditional Gulet wooden sailing yacht for 7 days through the southern Aegean with its wonderful and fascinating islands.
The gentle ups and downs of the waves, the wind, fresh air, tasty and freshly prepared vegetarian / vegan food in combination with yoga and guided meditations help you to let go, to arrive in the here and now, reconnect with yourself and to recharge your batteries.

We usually practice in the morning and evening yoga on board or ashore. In between there is plenty of time to enjoy life on board, take part in excursions or explore the islands on your own. We have a chef on board, who spoils us with Mediterranean food for breakfast and dinner.

Vacation from everyday life and a wonderful opportunity to deepen your yoga practice. We start the day with an energizing Vinyasa Flow and a mindfulness meditation and have breakfast together afterwards. In the evening we meet for a gentle and quiet yoga session with a guided meditation. All yoga levels are welcome, no matter if you are just starting your yoga practice or want to deepen it.

Arrival at Bodrum. The yacht is located in Marina Gökova and boarding is possible from 12 o'clock. We set the anchor at 16 o'clock and drive to Kilisebükü and anchor for the night in a bay.

We drive towards Kos and make a stopover halfway. If you want, you can immerse yourself in the history of the Aegean and take part in a hike to the history of Halicarnassus. Then we are on to Kos. We anchor in the main harbor, right next to the fortress walls. The old city of Kos is worth a walk after dinner.

The ship leaves early in the morning to the island of Giali. The crystal clear water invites you to swim after the yoga session before we continue to the volcanic island of Nisyros. A guided hike to the volcano crater is possible.
In the evening we practice yoga in the courtyard of an orthodox chapel with great views over the island and then we meet before dinner for a sun downer on the waterfront promenade in the center of the village.

After yoga, the journey continues to Tilos. If the weather permits, the crew sets sail! 🙂
We anchor in a bay near Tilos. Swimming or a hike to Livadia? You decide how you want to spend the day.
In the late afternoon, the ship changes berth again and anchors near a small fishing port. In the evening, we practice yoga on board or in the yard of a small orthodox chapel nearby.

On the 5th day of our cruise Pedi Symi awaits us. The picturesque island invites you for a walk. Those who wish can take part in an excursion by bus to the famous Panormitis Monastery.

At 2:00 pm we clear the anchor again and drive via Datça to Knidos. We anchor for the night in the ancient trading port of Knidos.

We welcome the sun with yoga in the ancient archaeological sites on the ruins of the Demeter temple. After breakfast, you can join a coastal walk along the archaeological sites. Then we head back to Bodrum in the Marina Gökova. On the way we make a stop for a swim. We meet for our last dinner together in a restaurant by the sea.

At 09:00 clock departure. Our time together on board is over. Bye, bye and goodbye!
